OrynthBridge Technologies Ltd. ("we," "us," or "OrynthBridge") collects information necessary to provide high-performance infrastructure services. This includes:
Identity Data: Name, professional email, and corporate affiliation provided during technical discovery or account setup.
System Metadata: IP addresses, browser telemetry, and API usage logs required for load balancing, security monitoring, and system optimization.
Integration Data: Technical configurations and connection strings provided by users to facilitate SaaS and infrastructure synchronization.
2. Utilization of Information
We utilize collected data strictly to:
Maintain, monitor, and optimize the performance of our global infrastructure.
Execute automated workflows and system integrations as defined by your Service Order.
Secure our multi-tenant environment against unauthorized access or DDoS interference.
Communicate critical system updates, security patches, and infrastructure maintenance schedules.
3. Data Processing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade enterprise or personal data. Data is only shared with trusted sub-processors (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare, or Datadog) essential for maintaining the Service’s uptime and security. All third-party providers are vetted for compliance with international data protection standards.
4. Enterprise-Grade Security
OrynthBridge employs industry-leading security protocols to protect your data architecture:
Encryption: All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3, and sensitive data at rest is secured with AES-256 encryption.
Access Control: We follow a Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) for all internal system access.
Infrastructure Isolation: Logical separation of client data within our multi-tenant environment to prevent cross-contamination.
5. Data Sovereignty & Your Rights
As a Marshall Islands-registered entity, we respect global data rights (including GDPR and CCPA principles where applicable). You maintain the right to:
Request an audit of the personal data we hold.
Modify or rectify technical contact information.
Request the permanent deletion of your account and associated metadata, subject to legal or contractual data retention requirements for financial records.
6. Third-Party Integration Endpoints
The Service integrates with various third-party platforms (refer to our Integrations CMS). OrynthBridge is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external platforms once data has transitioned to their environments. We recommend reviewing the DPA of each integrated service.
7. Professional Use Only
OrynthBridge services are engineered for professional enterprise use. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you become aware of unauthorized data submission, please alert our security team.
8. Policy Evolution
As we deploy new architectural features, this Privacy Policy may be updated. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our infrastructure constitutes acknowledgment of the current policy.
